I want to go to camp!

  • instead of volunteer hours, I will pay for my camp spot.

Going to YoungLives Camp is a big deal and so much fun! Before signing up, here are a few important things to know—your leader is here to help if you have questions!

At camp, we’ll join other YoungLives moms and leaders from across the country! To ensure everyone’s safety, we’ll follow a schedule and participate in activities together as a group.

Sample Schedule:
9:00 AM Breakfast
10:00 AM Childcare & Group Activity
12:00 PM Pick Up Babies & Lunch
1:00 PM Free Time
5:00 PM Dinner
6:00 PM Childcare & Group Activity
9:00 PM Pick Up Babies
10:00 PM Camp Lights Out

*all meals are served family style and all you can eat! Milk and baby friendly foods also provided

If there’s an activity or situation you’re not comfortable with, please let your area trip leader know. We’ll work with the camp to create a plan that supports both you and the group.

Washington family ranch is a remote property. There is no cell reception or wifi. Upon arrival all devices will be collected and put into the camp safe to prevent theft. Camp phones are available for you to use during all free time periods.

Both TSA and Camp prohibit the use of alcohol, drugs, tobacco, or vaping for anyone under 21. Possession of these items will result in being sent home at your own expense.

YoungLives Camp is designed to help you bond with your child while also giving you time to focus on yourself. Each day includes two 2-3 hour sessions where children go to childcare, allowing you to participate in activities tailored just for moms.

- All childcare volunteers are background checked, trained, and supervised.
- Childcare providers from your local YoungLives area will care for your child in your nursery.
- You’ll have the opportunity to share instructions on how you’d like your child to be cared for.
- We use a buddy system: Your child will never be alone with an adult.
- If there’s any concern with your child, you’ll be notified immediately.
- If you have a concern please speak with your trip leader who will help you address the issue with the nursery leader.

YoungLives Camp has a medical team of physicians and trained providers available 24/7 to care for you and your child. If your medical needs exceed what the team can provide, you will be transported to the nearest hospital with a leader.

YoungLives invests significant time and resources to make camp possible. By registering, you commit to attending, completing necessary forms, and participating in pre-camp gatherings. If a barrier arises, you agree to communicate with the trip leader to work toward resolving it.

This will ensure a positive and safe experience for everyone!
