Payment:

  • Deposits will be refundable until March 28, 2025. After this date, deposits will not be refunded. 
  • Fundraising opportunities are live! Check out the camp page on our website for more information.
  • Payment is due on July 12, 2025
  • Your remaining balance will automatically be charged 1 week prior to your camp trip on July 19, 2025.

  • After completing this form you will receive a confirmation email 
  • The link for the Young Life Health & Consent Form will be attached to your registration confirmation. This form is required to be completed before departure.

Participant Information

The cost for WFR Creekside is $950. If you register between 12/2-12/9 you will receive a $50 discount. If you register between 12/10-12/31 you will receive a $25 discount.

If you cancel your registration, all fundraised monies are forfeited to the general scholarship fund. You may choose to gift your fundraised money to another attendee.

Deadline for refunds (exceptions at the discretion of the Area Director)
Friday, March 28: Final day to receive a refund
Friday, May 2: Deposit and $50 ($150) owed to area
Friday, May 30: Deposit and $100 ($200) owed to area
Friday, June 27: Deposit and $150 ($250) owed to area
Friday, July 11: Deposit and $250 ($350) owed to area

These deadlines are in place to ensure that the costs incurred by Young Life to reserve camp, bus, and travel accomodations are covered. Thank you for helping us have a great camping experience and ensuring we can get every kid to camp!
